What's Covered
The Right Tutor Fit Promise applies to a student's first paid tutoring package
24-hour window
If the initial lesson is not the right fit, a request for a replacement tutor must be submitted within 24 hours of the lesson ending.
We replace your tutor
Global Tutors will arrange a replacement tutor for your next session - no questions asked. Standard rates apply for the new tutor.
One replacement per package
The promise is limited to one tutor replacement per package.
Same subject & curriculum
Replacement must be for the same subject and curriculum as the original.
1:1 sessions only
The promise applies only to one-on-one tutoring sessions.
Additional notes
- The replacement tutor session is charged at standard rates - we do not offer free sessions
- Global Tutors reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside these terms or where there is evidence of misuse
