Can you support my child's curriculum?
Yes. We work with students at international schools across the IB Diploma, Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS & A Level, Pearson Edexcel and other international curricula. If you don't see your child's curriculum listed, tell us what they are studying and we'll check our wider tutor network.
What subjects can your tutors teach?
Our network covers a wide range of academic subjects, from Mathematics and Sciences to Languages, Humanities, Business, Economics, Computer Science and specialist subjects. We also support students with exam preparation, study skills, academic writing and research, as well as IB IA, EE and TOK.
How do you choose the right tutor?
We don't simply send you a list of available tutors. We consider your child's curriculum, subject, level, academic goals and individual requirements before recommending a suitable tutor.
What experience do your tutors have?
We work with experienced educators selected for their qualifications, subject expertise and teaching experience. References and required background checks are verified before tutors join our network.
Can my child meet the tutor before we decide?
Yes. We offer a complimentary, no-obligation Meet & Greet so your child can meet their recommended tutor before you decide whether to continue.
What if the tutor isn't the right fit?
We stand behind every tutor match. If your child's tutor isn't the right fit, we'll help you find a more suitable tutor, no questions asked.
Can you support individual learning needs?
Yes. Our tutors adapt their pace, structure and teaching approach to the individual student. If your child has particular learning requirements, tell us when you enquire so we can take these into account when selecting a tutor.
What are online lessons like?
Lessons are live and one-to-one in an interactive online classroom. Tutor and student can work together in real time, including writing through problems, annotating work and sharing documents and resources. Lessons can be taken from a laptop or tablet, wherever your child is based.
Are lessons recorded?
For safeguarding, lessons are recorded. Parents can request access to a recording at any time. Recordings are not provided as an on-demand lesson library.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. There is no long-term contract or monthly commitment. You can arrange lessons around your child's needs and adjust the schedule as those needs change.
How quickly can you introduce a tutor?
We usually recommend a suitable tutor within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry, subject to availability. If we need to look further within our network, our team will keep you informed.
How much does tutoring cost?
Lesson rates are tailored to the subject, level and tutor's experience and expertise. Rates start from £30 per hour. We'll confirm the lesson rate with you before you book, so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you offer free trial lessons?
We don't offer free trial lessons. Instead, every family has the opportunity to meet their recommended tutor in a complimentary, no-obligation Meet & Greet before making a commitment.
How do I get started?
Tell us a little about your child's curriculum, subject, level and what you're looking for. Our team will review your requirements and introduce a suitable tutor.
