3. Payment Terms

- We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations may be charged.
- We will try to arrange make-up sessions where possible.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific grades, exam results or outcomes. Tutoring supports learning; results depend on many factors including the student's effort and circumstances.
6. Conduct and Safety
- Students, parents and guardians must treat tutors and staff with respect.
- We reserve the right to stop providing services if behaviour is unacceptable or in breach of our policies.
7. Privacy and Data
Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We use information only to deliver and improve our services.
8. Intellectual Property
- Materials provided by Global Tutors (including session content and resources) remain our property.
- They must not be copied or shared without permission beyond personal study use.
9. Changes to Terms
