Donna brings a trauma-informed and compassionate approach to her work, supported by her training in trauma counselling, parent coaching, talk therapy, and biblical counselling. She specialises in supporting neurodiverse learners, including those with ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, anxiety, and emotional or behavioural challenges, ensuring students feel seen, heard, and supported in both their academic and emotional development.

In addition to working directly with learners, Donna also supports parents and caregivers, drawing on her experience as a pastor, mental health advocate, and family coach. She helps families understand the root causes of anxiety and behavioural challenges and develop clear, practical strategies that support wellbeing at home and at school. Her sessions often include guidance on strengthening parent-child relationships, managing stress, and confidently advocating for a child’s needs within and beyond the classroom.
