Hadeer is an experienced Science educator, Biology teacher, and instructional designer with over four years of experience teaching students in both classroom and online environments. She has worked with learners following international curricula, designing engaging lessons that combine inquiry-based learning, technology, and real-world scientific applications.

Her experience includes teaching Science and Biology at an international school, delivering online tutoring through Nagwa, facilitating NGSS-aligned STEAM programmes, and developing digital learning resources and assessments for one of the Middle East's leading EdTech platforms.

Hadeer believes that students learn best through exploration and practical application.
