Hussain

Hussain is a dedicated STEM educator and software developer with a passion for making complex ideas feel simple and fun. He has a strong academic and practical foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, and the applied Sciences, and he focuses on creating a structured, supportive, and engaging learning environment tailored to each student's individual needs. Hussain's experience includes working with students who have diverse learning profiles, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, and dyscalculia, allowing him to adapt his teaching to ensure all students can thrive.

Hussain's teaching approach emphasizes understanding and confidence-building. He breaks down each concept clearly and teaches at the student's individual pace, using visual aids, real-world examples, and step-by-step reasoning. He is patient, adaptable, and committed to developing strategies that strengthen both subject knowledge and independent learning.

Hussain covers a wide range of subjects including Mathematics (Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, Statistics) for Grades 4 to 12 and University Level, Physical Sciences (Physics and Chemistry) with both theoretical and practical applications, and Computer Science and Engineering focusing on Programming, Robotics, AI Concepts, and Digital Literacy. He also strengthens core programming fundamentals and offers guidance in Delphi syntax and practical implementation.

Hussain provides intensive past paper practice aligned to IEB marking guidelines and teaches exam techniques specific to the IEB IT practical and theory papers. He identifies knowledge gaps and rebuilds confidence through consistent, structured exercises.

Hussain has experience teaching at both school and university levels and has worked with students across IGCSE, CAPS, and IEB curricula. His background includes software engineering, robotics, and app development, making him particularly effective in simplifying complex STEM concepts.

Hussain holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Informatics from the University of Johannesburg and is currently pursuing an Honours in Computer Science at the same institution. He has also completed supervised educational counselling and tutoring.
