Carina is a warm and dedicated educator with a passion for teaching Accounting, Economics, and Business. As a SACE-registered educator, she has built a strong reputation over her 15+ years of teaching experience in both private schools and at the Tshwane University of Technology. Carina holds a BCom Honours in Economics from North-West University and a PGCE, equipping her with the expertise to guide her students effectively.

Carina's teaching style is characterized by clear explanations and step-by-step worked examples. She emphasizes steady routines that make progress visible for her students. Her lessons are syllabus-aligned and assessment-focused, providing simple progress updates to keep students and parents informed about improvements and areas to focus on next.

Carina specializes in Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Business, AS and A Level Economics, and AS and A Level Accounting. She also covers Pearson Edexcel Business and topics such as entrepreneurship and case-study analysis. Additionally, she teaches IEB and CAPS Economics, Business Studies, and Accounting for Grades 10 to 12, focusing on microeconomics, macroeconomics, graphs and data response, policy analysis, and exam technique.
